    • Art Projects like fine art paintings, comic illustration and character design.
    • Discovery & Research: We begin by understanding the project goals then gathering references and resources.
    • Define: We connect research findings to define the course of action and desired outcome.
    • Ideate & Sketch: We then jump into low-fidelity sketches often gathering peer feedback concurrently.
    • Finalize Deliver: Finally, designs are polished, assets are prepared for handoff.
    • Handoff: Assets and deliverables are sent to the client followed by a post contract survey.
    • Revisions: Any major revisions or path changes not mentioned or covered during the Ideate & Sketch steps are discussed here and subsequently at an agreed upon cost.
  • We take a 50% deposit upfront, before any work is begin. Once work is completed, the final 50% is processed. Any additional charges incurred for revisions and source files will be billed separately.

For payments we will send you a invoice that you can pay directly with your credit/debit card or mobile payments (apple pay, google pay etc).

    • Sequential Approval Process: To ensure project efficiency, work is completed and approved in stages. Each milestone requires your explicit sign-off before we proceed to the next phase. Once a stage is approved, the project moves forward, and changes to prior stages are no longer included in the standard scope.
    • Final Deliverable Revisions: Your project includes one complimentary round of minor revisions to the final stage. This ensures the finishing touches meet your expectations.
    • Out-of-Scope Adjustments: Any requests to reopen previously approved stages or additional rounds of revisions beyond the first are billed at a flat rate of $35/hour.
    • New Concepts: Our revision policy covers refinements to the agreed-upon direction. Requests for an entirely new design concept or a change in project direction will be quoted and billed as a new project.
  • Because every project is unique, timelines are tailored to the specific scope and complexity of your needs, providing a "one-size-fits-all" estimate would be inaccurate. Once we have discussed your project requirements and finalized the Project Scope, we will provide a customized delivery schedule with clear milestones for each stage of the process.

    • When will I receive my first draft?
A specific start date and initial delivery window will be confirmed immediately after the Project Kickoff and receipt of any necessary assets.
    • How does the approval process affect the timeline?
The total duration depends on the speed of communication. Timely feedback during our Sequential Approval Stages ensures the project stays on track and meets the estimated completion date.
  • Every client is different and so is every project. Unless stated in the contract, all source files are property of Geeky Palette. The provision of source files will incur an additional charge to be discussed.

For final deliverables, full ownership belongs to client granted they are used for the agreed upon purpose.

For graphic projects, we usually deliver final assets in vector formats (e.g., AI, SVG, EPS etc) and high-resolution files (e.g., JPEG/PNG/TIFF etc) for web use.

  • To ensure a smooth project, we require the following;

    • Project scope and goals
    • Any assets to be used
    • Preferred method of communication (email, phone etc).
    • Filling out our onboarding questionnaire (sent via email).
  • Printing

Yes. If your project requires printing, we can work with our network of suppliers to make your vision a reality at an additional cost.

    Website design

Yes. We offer website designs for healthcare clinics, e-commerce brands, and custom sites.

  • We will begin our communication via email, where the conversation can continue.

Communication via Phone number is also available, and even encouraged for long time Jobs.

  • Rushed jobs require careful consideration. The type and length of the project will determine the agreed-upon Rushed Job fee.

  • Cancellations are accepted, but the deposit is non-refundable.

Any fully paid work will be successfully created and delivered.

If a client requires us to temporarily pause the project, we can work with you. However, clear communication is essential.

  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and level of detail involved. As artists, our process is highly creative and collaborative, which means each piece evolves differently. A simple illustration or design may take a couple of weeks, while larger projects—such as full branding packages, multi-page comics, or detailed custom artwork—can take several weeks to a few months.

We always provide a clear estimated timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout the process. Our priority is balancing efficiency with quality, ensuring the final result feels thoughtful, polished, and true to your vision.
