What To Expect When Working With US
All Projects Begin with You.
Start by filling out our project form and telling us about your idea. Whether it's branding, a website, a book cover, or an art project, the more details you share, the better we can understand your vision.
If you’re interested in more than one type of service we offer bundling as well. This way, you can ensure that all your creative needs are met in one package.
We review every inquiry to make sure it’s a good fit for our studio.
Once we’ve looked over your project details, we’ll get back to you with availability, follow-up questions, and a general direction for moving forward.
This step is fairly important to align the creative direction with your goals.
After discussing your needs, we’ll outline the scope of the project and provide a quote.
This will encompass the deliverables, estimated timeline, and the creative process, along with any unanswered questions we may have had beforehand.
To secure your project in our schedule, we require a *50%* deposit upfront. Once the deposit is received, your project officially moves into our production queue.
We acknowledge that projects have varying needs, requirements, and funding. Therefore, we will always strive to collaborate with clients based on their specific needs.
This is where the magic happens. We begin developing concepts and working through the design process.
Depending on the project, you may receive sketches, drafts, or previews for feedback and revisions.
Once the project is complete and approved, the remaining 50% payment is due.
After the final payment, we deliver the completed files in the required format or prepare any physical components for printing or shipping.
Many common questions about timelines, revisions, printing, and file delivery are answered in our FAQ section below. If you’re curious about any part of the process, we recommend taking a look there first.
We look forward to collaborating and bringing your project to life.
